Την Κυριακή, 7η Μαΐου 2017, ο Θεοφιλ. Επίσκοπος Μπραζαβίλ και Γκαμπόν κ.Παντελεήμων ετέλεσε την Θεία Λειτουργία στον εορτάζοντα Ιερό Ενοριακό Ναό Αγίας Ειρήνης πόλεως Dolisie, τιμώντας την ιερά μνήμη της Αγίας Μεγαλομάρτυρος.
Κηρύττοντας τον θείο λόγο ο Θεοφιλέστατος ανεφέρθη στο Ευαγγελικό ανάγνωσμα, ως και στον βίο της Αγίας Ειρήνης. Ακόμη, εξέφρασε την ευγνωμοσύνη του προς τους προσελθόντες στην Ευχαριστιακή σύναξη, οι οποίοι με την παρουσία τους εξεδήλωσαν την ενότητα και την αλληλεγγύη που κυριαρχεί στην τοπική Εκκλησία, καθώς και την αναγνώριση του φιλανθρωπικού και κοινωνικού έργου που Αυτή επιτελεί.
Κατακλείων, μετέφερε προς όλους τις πατρικές ευχές του Μακαριωτάτου Προκαθημένου του παλαιφάτου Πατριαρχείου Αλεξανδρείας.

Προ του πέρατος της Θείας Λειτουργίας προσέφερε ποσότητα ρούχων στα μικρά παιδιά, ενώ ο Πρόεδρος της Ενοριακής Επιτροπής κ.Rigober Dallou προσεφώνησε τον Επίσκοπο, ευχαριστώντας τον για την αδιάκοπη πατρική του μέριμνα προς την Ενορία και τα παρακείμενα σε αυτήν ιδρύματα (ορφανοτροφείο και σχολείο), ενώ υπογράμμισε την δυναμική παρουσία της Ορθοδόξου Εκκλησίας στην κοινωνία.
Ευγνώμονες ευχαριστίες εξέφρασε και προς τον κ.Κυβερνήτη και τους λοιπούς εκπροσώπους των αρχών της περιφερείας Niari για την τιμητική παρουσία τους.
Ακολούθησε εόρτια δεξίωση στους χώρους του παρακειμένου Ορφανοτροφείου «Άγιος Ευστάθιος», μετά το πέρας της οποίας ο Θεοφιλέστατος παρεχώρησε συνέντευξη στη κρατική τηλεόραση Télé Congo.

MEETING OF THE I.A.O. INTERNATIONAL SECRETARIAT AND COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS AND RAPPORTEURS
The meeting of the International Secretariat and Committee Chairpersons and Rapporteurs of the Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy (I.A.O.) was held in Chios, Greece, 3 – 6 May 2017 headed by the I.A.O. Secretary General Mr. Andreas Michailidis.
The President of the I.A.O. General Assembly, Member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Mr. Sergey Popov and Members of Parliaments from the following countries participated at the meeting: Egypt, Georgia, Greece, Jordan, Cyprus, Lebanon, Hungary, Romania, Russia and Serbia.
Among the issues discussed was the announcement of the I.A.O. international icon painting contest with subject: «THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS» on the occasion of the joint celebration of Easter 2017 and the celebrations for the anniversary I.A.O. General Assembly for 2018, as well as the preparation of the 24th I.A.O. General Assembly, which will be held in Rome, 25 – 30 June 2017 at the Italian Parliament with main subject «The Christian understanding of global crisis and ways to overcome it».
The meeting was concluded with a statement about the refugees and migrants arriving at Chios and other islands of the Aegean:
The Interparliamentary Assembly on Orthodoxy:
Welcomes the stance of the people of Chios and the inhabitants of the other islands of the Aegean Sea, who have been receiving a great number of refugees and migrants. The solidarity they have displayed is an example of humane attitude vis-à-vis such an important issue.
Invites all political forces to contribute in the efforts made to address the refugee and migrant crisis and makes an appeal for ceasing all those actions generating and deteriorating it.
Finally, expresses its support to all those suffering people who were forced to leave their homes and seek a better future for themselves and their children.

ΣΥΝΕΔΡΙΑΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΔΙΕΘΝΟΥΣ ΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΕΙΑΣ, ΤΩΝ ΠΡΟΕΔΡΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΤΩΝ ΕΙΣΗΓΗΤΩΝ ΤΩΝ ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΩΝ ΤΗΣ Δ.Σ.Ο.
Στη Χίο, 3 – 6 Μαΐου 2017 συνήλθε σε τακτική συνεδρίαση η Διεθνής Γραμματεία, οι Πρόεδροι και Εισηγητές των Επιτροπών της Διακοινοβουλευτικής Συνέλευσης Ορθοδοξίας (Δ.Σ.Ο.) υπό την Προεδρεία του Γενικού Γραμματέα της Δ.Σ.Ο. βουλευτή κ. Ανδρέα Μιχαηλίδη.
Παρευρέθησαν ο Πρόεδρος της Γενικής Συνέλευσης της Δ.Σ.Ο, Μέλος του Συμβουλίου της Ομοσπονδίας της Ομοσπονδιακής Συνέλευσης της Ρωσίας κ. Σεργκέι Ποπώφ και βουλευτές από διάφορες χώρες: Αίγυπτο, Γεωργία, Ελλάδα, Ιορδανία, Κύπρο, Λίβανο, Ουγγαρία, Ρουμανία, Ρωσία και Σερβία.
Μεταξύ των θεμάτων των οποίων συζητήθηκαν ήταν η προκήρυξη διεθνούς διαγωνισμού εικονογραφικής τέχνης με θέμα: «Η ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΙΗΣΟΥ» με την ευκαιρία του κοινού εορτασμού του Πάσχα 2017 και των εορτασμών της επετειακής Γενικής Συνέλευσης της Δ.Σ.Ο. το 2018 καθώς και η προετοιμασία της Γενικής Συνέλευσης της Δ.Σ.Ο. που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στη Ρώμη, 25 – 30 Ιουνίου σε αίθουσα του Ιταλικού Κοινοβουλίου με κεντρικό θέμα: «Η Χριστιανική διάσταση της παγκόσμιας κρίσης και τρόποι αντιμετώπισής της».
Η συνεδρίαση ολοκληρώθηκε με την έκδοση δήλωσης για τους πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες που δέχεται η Χίος και άλλα νησιά του Αιγαίου:
Η Διακοινοβουλευτική Συνέλευση Ορθοδοξίας:
Χαιρετίζει τη στάση του Χιώτικου λαού και των κατοίκων των υπολοίπων νησιών του Αιγαίου τα οποία δέχτηκαν και συνεχίζουν να δέχονται μεγάλο αριθμό προσφύγων και μεταναστών. Η αλληλεγγύη την οποία επέδειξαν αποτελεί υπόδειγμα ανθρωπιστικής στάσης απέναντι σε ένα τόσο σοβαρό ζήτημα.
Καλεί όλες τις πολιτικές δυνάμεις να συμβάλουν στις προσπάθειες που γίνονται για να αντιμετωπιστεί η προσφυγική και μεταναστευτική κρίση και απευθύνει έκκληση να σταματήσουν όλες οι ενέργειες εκείνες οι οποίες τη δημιουργούν και την επιδεινώνουν.
Τέλος, εκφράζει τη συμπαράστασή της σε όλους τους δοκιμαζόμενους ανθρώπους οι οποίοι αναγκάστηκαν να εγκαταλείψουν τις εστίες τους και να αναζητήσουν ένα καλύτερο μέλλον για τους ίδιους και τα παιδιά τους.

Στη Χίο, 3 – 6 Μαΐου 2017 συνήλθε σε τακτική συνεδρίαση η Διεθνής Γραμματεία, οι Πρόεδροι και Εισηγητές των Επιτροπών της Διακοινοβουλευτικής Συνέλευσης Ορθοδοξίας (Δ.Σ.Ο.) υπό την Προεδρεία του Γενικού Γραμματέα της Δ.Σ.Ο. βουλευτή κ. Ανδρέα Μιχαηλίδη.

Ο Μητροπολίτης Μουάνζα Ιερώνυμος στη Λάρισα
Ο Σεβασμιώτατος Μητροπολίτης Μουάνζα κ. Ιερώνυμος από το Πατριαρχείο Αλεξανδρείας, διερχόμενος από την Λάρισα, επισκέφθηκε στο Επισκοπείο τον Σεβασμιώτατο Μητροπολίτη Λαρίσης και Τυρνάβου κ. Ιγνάτιο.
Ο Ποιμενάρχης καλωσόρισε στην πόλη του Αγίου Αχιλλίου τον Μητροπολίτη Ιερώνυμο, ο οποίος συνοδευόταν από τον πρόεδρο του Ιεραποστολικού συλλόγου κ. Σωτήριο Μουντζούρη και συνέζητησε μαζί του για το ιεραποστολικό έργο το οποίο επιτελεί στην Αφρική.
Ο κ. Ιγνάτιος επέδειξε ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για τις δράσεις που πραγματοποιούνται στην μαύρη Ήπειρο και για ακόμη μία φορά στάθηκε εμπράκτως συμπαραστάτης και αρωγός στην προσπάθεια του κ. Ιερωνύμου ούτως ώστε να μεταφερθεί το μήνυμα της Ορθοδοξίας και στην Μητρόπολη της διακονίας του.

Λοιπόν πότε πέρασαν τόσοι μήνες από τότε που μοιράσαμε δωρεάν σε όλους τους φίλους της ιεραποστολής μας τους κουμπαράδες.Ήρθε λοιπόν ο Ιούνιος του 2017,δηλαδή ο μήνας της προετοιμασίας για την 6η αποστολή που πραγματοποιεί η Ιερά Μονή Παναγίας Χρυσοπηγής στην Ουγκάντα.
'Οσοι λοιπόν θα ήθελαν να ανταποκριθούν στο κάλεσμα της ιεραποστολής ανακοινώνουμε ότι:ξεκίνησε η συλλογή των κουμπαράδων της Ιεραποστολής.

Την παραμονή της εορτή του Ιερού Ενοριακού Ναού Αγίας Ειρήνης πόλεως Dolisie, την 6η Μαΐου 2017, ο Θεοφιλέστατος Επίσκοπος Μπραζαβίλ και Γκαμπόν κ.Παντελεήμων επισκέφθηκε το ορθόδοξο Δημοτικό Σχολείο «Φως Εθνών» όπου είχε την χαρά της επικοινωνίας με τους μικρούς μαθητές, ως και εκτενή συνεργασία με τον διευθυντή του εκπαιδευτηρίου κ.Jean Claude Tchilimbou.
Ακολούθως, ευλόγησε τον γάμο ορθοδόξου ζεύγους, το οποίο έλαβε προ έτους το άγιο βάπτισμα από τα χέρια του Επισκόπου.
Εν συνεχεία, συνεργάσθηκε με τον Αιδεσιμ. π. Παύλο Diafouka, διευθυντή του ορθοδόξου ορφανοτροφείου «Άγιος Ευστάθιος». Μαζί επισκέφθηκαν για μία ακόμη φορά και τον κήπο λαχανικών και τον μικρό χώρο εκτροφής ιχθύων για τις ανάγκες του ιδρύματος.

THE FEAST OF THE PARISH COMMUNITY OF ST IRENE IN DOLISIE
On Sunday 7th May 2017, His Grace Panteleimon Bishop of Congo-Brazzaville and Gabon conducted the Divine Liturgy at the celebrating Holy Parish Church of St Irene in Dolisie, honouring the sacred memory of the Holy Great Martyr.
Preaching the homily His Grace spoke about the Gospel extract read, as well as the life of St Irene. He also expressed his gratitude to those attending the Eucharistic gathering who through their presence expressed the unity and the solidarity which prevails in the local Church, as well as the recognition of the philanthropic and sold work which it does. In conclusion he conveyed to all the paternal prayers of His Beatitude the Primate of the Ancient Patriarchate of Alexandria.
Prior to the end of the Divine Liturgy he donated a large amount of clothing to the young children, while the Chairman of the Parish Council Mr. Rigober Dallou addressed the Bishop, thanking him for his continual paternal care for the Parish and the institutions adjacent to it (orphanage and school) and emphasized the dynamic presence of the Orthodox Church in the community. He also expressed grateful thanks to the rest of the Niari district authoritite for their honourable presence.
A festive reception followed in the grounds of the adjacent “St Efstathios” Orphanage, after the end of which His Grace gave an interview to the "Télé Congo" state television.
The Feast of St Irene was attended by the honourable presence of His Excellency the Governor of the Niari District, Mr. Ovu André, the Reverend Representative of His Eminence the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Dolisie Mr. Bienvenu Manamika, the representatives of the local self-government and the security forces, the Honourable Mr. Chrysostomos Djimbi Simouna, Chairman of the Dolisie Courts, Member of the Diocesan Council, the Prosecutor of the Republic, the Director of Social Issues and the Director of the Works Inspection of the Niari District, the Chairman of the Parish Community of the Holy Church of St Fotiini in Pointe-Noire Mr. Michel Armand Massa, Member of the Diocesan Council, and others.

LA FETE DE LA COMMUNAUTE PAROISSIALE « SAINTE IRENE » DOLISIE
Le Dimanche, 7 Mai 2017, Sa Grâce l’Évêque du Congo-Brazzaville et Gabon Mgr. Pantéleimon a dit la Divine Liturgie dans l’église paroissiale « Saint Irène » de la ville de Dolisie, qui avait sa fête patronale, honorant ainsi la mémoire sacrée de la Sainte Grande-Martyre.
Prêchant la parole de Dieu, Sa Grâce s’est rapporté à la lecture Evangélique, ainsi qu’à la vie de la Sainte Irène. En outre, il a exprimé sa gratitude à l'assemblée eucharistique, qui, par leur présence, ont exprimé l'unité et la solidarité qui prévaut dans l'Eglise locale et la reconnaissance du travail caritatif et social qu’Elle réalise. En bouclant, il a transmis à tous les salutations paternelles de Sa Béatitude le Primat du glorieux Patriarcat d'Alexandrie.
Avant la fin de la Divine Liturgie, il a offert quantité de vêtements aux jeunes enfants, alors que le Président du Comité Paroissiale Mr. Rigober Dallou a harangué l’Evêque, le remerciant pour sa sollicitude paternelle incessante à l’ endroit de la Paroisse et des institutions à proximité (orphelinat et école) et a souligné la forte présence de l'Eglise Orthodoxe dans la société. Il a également exprimé de vives reconnaissances à Mr. le Gouverneur et à d'autres représentants des autorités du District de Niari pour avoir honoré la fête avec leur présence.
Une réception festive s’en est suivie dans les zones adjacentes à l'Orphelinat «Saint Eustache», après quoi Sa Grâce a accordé une interview à la télévision nationale « Télé Congo ».
La fête de Sainte Irène a été honorée avec leur présence par Son Excel. Mr. Ovu André, Prefet de departement de Niari, le Révérend Représentant de Son Eminence l’Evêque Catholique/R de Dolisie, Mgr. Bienvenu Manamika; les représentants des autorités locales et les forces de sécurité; Mr. Chrysostome Djimbi Simouna, Président du Tribunal de Dolisie, Membre du Conseil Episcopal; Mr. le Procureur de la République; Mr. le Directeur des Affaires Sociales et Mr. le Directeur de l’ Inspection du Travail du District de Niari; le Président du Comité Paroissial de la Paroisse « Sainte Photinie » de Pointe-Noire, Mr. Michel Armand Massa, Membre du Conseil Episcopal, etc.

Appeal from Kenya: “Save the Children”
Every day we are living the big drama of young children. In our societies certain things are facts. The children of ours are growing in their environment and they are being offered the necessary food under any circumstances, from the morning until the time comes to sleep. Normal things! They cannot live unless they are given this food. But here in Africa, things are different. Children wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night fasting, no one can guarantee that they will have the required food. It is a common condition and so they are born and grow up in this environment, whether they want it or not.
The Metropolis of Kenya, among different programs, implemented a special program for feeding the children and not just that: it undertook a crusade to rescue young children, not only providing the everyday food, ie. breakfast and lunch, but offering educational chances too. This effort found support and today this program has expanded throughout the country’s territory. The Greek people- despite the fact that they themselves are facing an economic crisis- made the strongest efforts and stood beside us, to save as many souls as possible and relieve our children, who are living under difficult and incomprehensible to us conditions. There are no conditions suitable for children here. Therefore with this program, the Holy Metropolis of Kenya tried to give a message of hope and certainty that we have the right to live and be educated.
Every year, besides daily meals, non regular ones are also organized on several occasions. So, this year, on Christmas day, gathered in the courtyard of the Cathedral were not only the children of kindergarten and primary school, but the children of our slum too for a sumptuous Christmas meal and more. They were offered refreshments and each child got a small Christmas gift and stationery, notebooks, pencils etc.
A mother of two minor children approached the bishop and confessed that the food offered to them on Christmas day was the only one that had the opportunity to eat. Otherwise, on Christmas Day they would remain fasted.
The efforts and programs of the Holy Metropolis of Kenya will continue under the current difficult economic conditions. We must not let the children suffer and live in misery. We should by all means strive to make sure that children will not sleep fasted.
Those wishing to offer the minimum, can make it through P.CH.O.O.I. using the keyword “Kenya”. So in this way we can support, encourage and give hope to these unprotected children living under difficult conditions and waiting for a helping hand to continue their beautiful destination on our planet.

Ετοιμαζόμαστε για την 6η αποστολή μας στην Ουγκάντα .Οι αποστολές αυτές οργανώνονται από το Μοναστήρι της Παναγίας της Χρυσοπηγής Πολυδενδρίου Αττικής.Κάθε φορά οργανώνουμε ιατρείο στο χωριό Λουγκουζί που βρίσκεται το πρώτο Ιεραποτολικό μας κλιμάκιο.Φέτος η προοπτική είναι να δημιουργήσουμε ιατρείο και στο Καμπάλλε όπου βρίσκεται ο καινούργιος σταθμός της Ιεραποστολικής μας δράσης.
